Hunterston PARC – UK

Hunterston PARC Decommissioning Facility shall be one of Europe’s premier decommissioning facilities.

The facility shall be the only fully certified decommissioning and recycling
facility that can provide decommissioning and dismantlement services
for both fixed and floating assets in the UK due to having one of Europe’s largest drydocks

The Hunterston PARC Decommissioning Facility has one of Europe’s largest dry docks for the safe and efficient dismantlement of floating vessels including FPSO’s, Drilling Rigs, FPU’s and ships etc.

The facility has a 400m long jetty with up to 30m water depth, providing significant wet stack and front-running capabilities.

The development of Hunterston PARC is in progress with Peel Ports Group, and the Decommissioning Facility is planned to be open for business in Q4 2018.

Calm weather conditions, minimum tidal differences
and water depths of 40m in channel, 24m at Jetty & 15m at quay.
